Copycat Panera Cinnamon Crunch Bagels
gluten-free, dairy-free & protein-packed
Mix: ¾с @bobsredmill GF 1:1 flour, ¼ c oat flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp salt, ½ c DF yogurt, 1-2 Tosp maple syrup or honey (+ optional scoop protein)Shape into bagels. Boil 30 sec per side in water with 1 Tbsp baking soda + a drizzle of sweetener. Top with mix of 1 tsp coconut oil, ½ tsp cinnamon & 2 tsp sugar.
Bake 350°F for ~30 min. Cool, toast & enjoy!


Spaghetti Squash Bake
Cozy, high-protein, dairy + gluten-free
Bake a spaghetti squash and scrape with a fork to loosen the strands. Add cooked ground turkey, sauteed spinach, and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Stir in ghee, salt, and red pepper flakes to
taste. Top with your favorite dairy-free cheese and bake until melty + golden.


Almond Croissant Blondies
gluten-free, vegan, high protein
ingredients:
3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp almond butter
2–3 tbsp applesauce
2–3 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup (or sub half with monk fruit)
1/3 cup dairy-free yogurt
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1–2 tbsp almond milk (as needed)
sliced almonds + powdered sugar (optional topping)
Mix everything until a thick batter forms. Spread into a lined pan. Top with sliced almonds. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
